锥套装置的设计及应用分析

摘    要:为提高机械传动联接部件的定心精度及在重载、冲击性载荷作用下不会产生切键现象,设计制造了锥套装置,锥套外锥面与锥孔内锥面与轴线均呈4°夹角。安装后,在锥孔锥面的作用下,锥套将产生形变而夹紧锥套轴孔内的传动轴。

Abstract:In order to enhance the centering precision of mechanical transmission connection parts and the cuts key phenomenon will not occur under the action of heavy load,the shocking load,the taper sleeve device is designed,the included angle of taper sleeve male cone and conical surface and axis are all 4o.After installment,under the action of taper hole cone surface,the transmission shaft will be clamped by the deformation of taper sleeve.
