清水防腐混凝土表面消泡技术研究

摘    要:通过原材料控制、聚羧酸减水剂改进、混凝土配合比调整、模板体系选择及施工工艺控制等措施,解决近海环境下清水防腐混凝土遇到的表观气泡问题。控制粉煤灰烧失量、优化水胶比及矿粉掺量、采用消泡剂与引气剂复掺技术、掺入超细石灰石粉、使用聚氨酯改性模板漆,以及采取分层浇筑、充分振捣等工艺措施能够降低混凝土表面气泡的出现概率。

Abstract:Raw material control,improvement of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent,proportioning parameters adjustment,selection of formwork system,and construction technology control were used to solve the void problem of fair-faced anticorrosion concrete which is sited in offshore areas.Appearance probability of the surface voids could be decreased by controlling fly-ash loss on ignition,optimizing water-binder ratios and slag ratio,using combined admixture of defoamer and air-entraining agent,entering ultra-fine limestone flour,modified polyurethane frame varnish,and improving injection process.
