煤仓清堵空气炮瞬态冲击试验研究

摘    要:采用LabVIEW软件以及NI PCI-6014数据采集卡等设备,实现了空气炮冲击力测试系统的数据采集和处理。并通过对不同充气压力下空气炮的喷爆情况进行试验研究,得出了空气炮喷爆达到最大冲量时的充气参数,该试验系统运行可靠,易于搭建,对于煤矿空气炮的选用有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:LabVIEW and NI PCI-6014 data acquisition card were used to realize the acquisition and processing of the data from the test system for impact force of the air cannon.The jet blast of the air cannon was tested at various charging pressures,and the charging parameters of the air cannon at the maximum jet blast were concluded.The test system operated reliably and was easily established,which had important guidance for selecting the air cannon in collieries.
