埋地管道土壤腐蚀的元胞自动机模拟

摘    要:采用元胞自动机对土壤腐蚀环境中埋地管道金属表面的局部腐蚀损伤演化过程进行研究.以扩散过程为控制因素的金属腐蚀体系为研究对象,采用一个新定义的局部规则反映腐蚀现象中的基本化学物理过程.结合埋地管道腐蚀环境,对金属表面蚀坑生长过程进行模拟,得出蚀坑等效半径和蚀坑深度变化规律.

Abstract:The cellular automata(CA) was applied to studying evolution process of the corrosion damage on buried pipeline metal surface,in which,the metal corrosion system directing at diffusion process control was taken as research object,and a newly-defined local rule was employed to reflect physicochemical process in corrosion damage;having corrosion environment of buried pipelines considered,the pitting corrosion damage on the metal surface was simulated to obtain the changing regularity of equivalent radius and the pitting depth.
