摘    要:试验是优化和改善缓冲器性能的重要手段.介绍一种落锤式油压缓冲器性能试验台的开发和应用.试验台采用伺服电机和丝杆传动将冲击质量块提升到一定高度后释放,使其自由下落并对缓冲器进行冲击,同时采集冲击过程中的力和位移值,评价缓冲器的缓冲性能.试验结果表明:试验台采集的数据能真实反映缓冲器在各种工况下的性能,为该类缓冲器的结构优化和性能改善提供了参考.

Abstract:Experiment is a key method to optimize and improve the buffer performance.A drop hammer oil buffer performance test bed was designed.The weight was lifted to a certain height by servomotor and lead screw.Then it was fallen freely to impact the oil buffer.The signals of load and displacement in the impacting course were sampled by sensor.The buffer performance was evaluated by analyzing the signals.Experimental results show the signals can reflect the buffer performance in working conditions.It provides reference for the structure optimization and performance improvement of this kind of buffer.
