双金属复合管的弹塑性分析及有限元模拟

摘    要:根据双金属复合管的一次胀压成形原理,对假设内管为线性强化材料模型、外管为理想弹性材料模型的复合管进行了弹塑性分析计算,得出胀合压力与内外管之间残余接触压力的计算式,并利用Ansys进行有限元模拟分析.结果表明,该模型的理论预测与仿真结果基本一致,且得到复合管仿真成形曲线与胀合成形原理基本统一.

Abstract:Basing on swelling pressure forming principle of thermometal composite tubes,both elastoplasticity analysis and calculation of composite tube with ideal elastic material-made external tube and the linearly-intensified material-made internal tube were implemented to obtain calculation formula for swelling pressure and residual contact pressure between its internal and external tube;having them simulated with Ansys shows that theoretical prediction agrees with simulation results,and composite tube modeling curve complies with swelling pressure forming principle.
