大孔树脂吸附和分离狭叶荨麻中生物碱的研究

摘    要:以狭叶荨麻为原料,采用酸性染料法,研究了大孔吸附树脂吸附和分离狭叶荨麻提取液中生物碱的方法和条件。研究结果表明,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对生物碱有较好的吸附能力;40%vol乙醇洗脱时解吸效果最好,通过流出曲线和解吸曲线得出上样量和洗脱液用量为1∶2时效果最佳。并通过紫外光谱,红外光谱对狭叶荨麻生物碱的成分进行了分析。

Abstract:Using Urtica angustifolia as raw material and applying the acid dye method,the adsorption and separation conditions of U.angustifolia alkaloid by macroporous resin were studied.The results showed that AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin had a good adsorption capacity to the alkaloids;40%vol ethanol can obtain high desorption effect.The optimal ratio of loading quantities to eluant amount was 1∶2 by determination of elution curve and desorption curves.The compositions of U.angustifolia alkaloid were analyzed by UV spectrophotometer and infrared spectroscopy.
