国内外渣油悬浮床加氢裂化技术进展

摘    要:随着原油劣质化、重质化和产品清洁化趋势加剧,渣油加氢技术的重要性日益提高,其中悬浮床加氢裂化技术因具有原料适应性强、工艺简单、转化率高和轻油收率高等特点而引起了普遍关注,近年来研究开发日趋活跃。本文重点论述了几种进展较快、近期有望工业应用的悬浮床加氢工艺,对其技术特点、工艺条件和进展情况进行了详细介绍。渣油悬浮床加氢裂化技术在重油转化过程中具有显著的优势和广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:With crude oil becoming heavier and inferior,as well as the growing need of clean fuels, hydrogenated technologies for the residue have been paid close attention to,in which of the suspension bed hydrocracking technology has been blossomed in research and development with its advantages of strong adaptability to feedstock,simple process,high conversion and light oil yield.In this paper,the several suspension ones that was expected to applications in the near future with rapid progress were introduced detailedly in technology characteristics,process conditions and progress.The suspended ones have significant advantages and broad prospects for development in the heavy oil conversion process.
