赤霉素固态发酵提取工艺的研究

摘    要:该文主要通过单因素试验考查了各种提取条件对赤霉菌SFGi-1菌株固体发酵干基中赤霉素提取率的影响。研究发现:以水为提取溶剂,料液比1∶7,在45℃、pH值为8.0条件下逆流提取3次,每次提取时间为2h为最佳提取条件,赤霉素的提取量可达10.492g/kg(干基),单位提取液中赤霉素含量达到1.498g/L。

Abstract:The effects of extraction conditions on the yield of gibberellin,produced by solid-state fermentation of Gibberella fujikuroi SFGi-1,were investigated by single factor experiments.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as: water as extraction solvent,ratio of material to solvent 1:7,extraction temperature 45℃,pH 8.0 and 3-time countercurrent extraction for 2h.Under above conditions,the yield of gibberellin reached 10.492g/kg dry material,and the gibberellin content in extract were 1.498g/L.
