摘    要:介绍了最新专利产品—双金属自密封波齿复合垫片的基本结构及其密封性能特点。试验研究和实际应用表明,该垫片不仅保留了以往柔性石墨金属波齿复合垫片的一系列优异性能,而且具有与普通"强制密封"型垫片完全不同的"压力自密封"特性,其密封性能更为可靠。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic structure and sealing performance features of a new patent product-wave-serrated compound gasket with bimetal pressure-energized seal.Experimental study and practical application indicate that such gasket not only reserves the excellent performance of the previous flexible graphite covered wave-serrated metal gasket,but also possesses the characteristics of pressure-energized sealing which is quite different from common forced sealing.Its sealing performance is more reliable.
