离心铸造双金属复合辊筒技术

摘    要:介绍了采用离心复合铸造方法来生产双金属铸铁辊筒的技术,通过实例阐述了确定离心工艺参数的方法以及复合辊筒内外层的整个浇注工艺过程,并探讨了在双金属复合铸铁辊筒生产中经常出现的裂纹、硬度低、结合不良和工作层厚度不足以及夹杂等铸造缺陷的产生原因,同时,提出了在生产中所应采用的防止措施.

Abstract:Technology of double iron combined roller by centrifugal casting and the way of ascertaining centrifugal technology parameters and casting technique were introduced. The reasons of the common defects, such as crack and less rigidity and combine badness and inclusion and so on, were also discussed in this paper. At the same time,its preventing methods were discussed in the production.
