摘    要:针对C/C复合材料容易氧化的缺陷,以磷酸盐为主要成分,采用溶液浸渍和溶胶浸渍2种方法对C/C复合材料进行抗氧化处理。结果表明:溶胶浸渍法可以有效地调节C/C复合材料抗氧化涂层前驱体成分,使涂层均匀、致密,具有良好的抗氧化效果。通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射等检测手段发现,溶胶类涂层与C/C复合材料结合良好,不易剥落,在较大的温度范围内呈玻璃态,具有良好的流动性能,可以有效封填涂层中的缺陷,保证涂层的抗氧化能力。但由于涂层物质晶型的转变,削弱了涂层的自愈合能力,使涂层的抗氧化能力逐步减弱。

Abstract:Due to the defect of C/C composites which is oxidated easily in air, the soaking phosphate sol and solution are used as the anti-oxidation treatment of the C/C composites with the phosphate as the main component. The results show that the sol-soak can adjust the Component of anti-oxidation coating precursor which makes the coating more compact and even, so it has better anti-oxidation effect. From the examination of SEM and X-ray, the combination between the SOL-coating and the C/C composites is good which makes it not easily peeled off, and it shows glass in a large temperature range, and it owns good fluidity, and can block up the defect in coating to ensure the anti-oxidation ability of coating. However, due to the variety of crystalloid in the coating during the experiment, the ability of the anti-oxidation of coating is decreased gradually.
