摘    要:针对印染废水难降解和传统内电解法去除率不高的特点,提出对传统的内电解进行改进,在铁屑中加入活性炭,强化内电解处理染液废水,探讨pH值、炭铁比例、反应时间、曝气量、循环速度、循环溶液量、铁屑粒径等因素对废水去除率的影响。结果表明,当pH值为5、炭铁质量比为1∶1、反应时间为1 h、曝气量5 mL/m in、循环速度50 r/m in、循环溶液量1500 mL、铁屑粒径为0.9~2.0 mm时,COD去除率可达90%以上,脱色率可达95%以上。

Abstract:Aiming at the flaws of internal electrolysis treating and the difficult of treating dye wastewater,it presents a new method of treating dye wastewater by joining the active carbon in order to intensify internal electrolysis.It analysis the relationship between removal rate and those factors such as the pH,proportions of AC to Fe,responding time,the volume of air-blasting,circling speed,circling liquid volume and the particle size of iron scale.The result shows that when pH is 3,the quality rate of active carbon /iron is 1∶1,the reaction time is 1.0 h,the volume of air-blasting is 5 mL/min,the circling speed is(50 r/min),the circling liquid volume is 1500 mL and the particle size of iron scale is 0.9~2.0 mm,the decoloring rate can be over 95% and the removal rate in COD is over 90%.
