一类新的毁伤技术──非致命性毁伤技术

摘    要:非致命毁伤技术是一类新的毁伤技术,与常规毁伤技术相比在能量释放、控制与转换、毁伤机理、毁伤模式上有显著的差别。本文认为应将非核毁伤技术分为两类,即常规毁伤技术和非致命性毁伤技术,并对分类的依据、概念和内涵进行了讨论。对国外正在研制或曾使用的典型的非致命性毁伤武器和弹药进行了讨论。例如高功率微波武器,光弹,计算机病毒,超强腐蚀剂等。

Abstract:As new concepts and techniques,the non-lethal damaging techniques dif-fer from the conventional kill technique in their energy release,control and conversion,as well as in their mechanism and modes of action.The paper divides non-nuclear kill techniques into those belonging to the conventional and non-lethal categories.The prin-ciples,concept and connotation in classification are discussed.Typical non-lethal weapons developed and used abroad in the armed forces are described,e.g.the high-power microwave weapons,optical munitions,computer virus,acoustic weapons,plas-ma weapons,inhibitors causing engine suffocation and combustion boosters resulting in engine detonation,super corrosives,super lubricators and adhesives and agents causing brittleness in metals.
