| Abstract: | The CC billet got behind because it has some surface defects at Steel-making Plant. The existing spare flame descaling lance can't be used. Because flame descaling was employed for CC billet on a large scale from second half year of 1999 and lance was in shortage, the workshop made it improved and tested. |
