| 摘 要： | 分析了振动筛噪声的发生机理、特点及噪声与振动筛大型化的结构形式的关系，研究了降低噪声的方法和结构，研制了2SZKB3060低噪声双通道直线振动筛。试验测试结果表明，该振动筛平均噪声为79．6dB(A)，明显优于传统的振动筛。

| Abstract: | The noise mechanism and characteristics and the relations between the noise and the structure of large vibration screen were analysed, the low noise materials and components were designed, and the characteristics were examined by experiments. A new type of 2SZKB3060 low noise two-channel linear vibration screen is developed.The measurement results show that its noise level is of 79.6 dB(A) and much better than that of traditional screens. |
