| 摘 要： | 承德市水能资源较为丰富,但开发程度较低.通过对全市水能资源及开发状况的调研,分析了水能资源开发利用的制约因素.提出了依托小水电代燃料项目和水电农村电气化县建设项目,完善政策,全面规划,统筹兼顾,坚持水能资源合理有序开发,实现承德农村水电可持续发展的相关措施

| Abstract: | Chengde hydropower resources are more abundant,but are relatively undeveloped.The limitation factors of hydropower resource development and utilization were analyzed through studying the hydropower resources and development condition of the whole city.Pelying on small hydropower fuel project and rural electrification county construction projects,overall plans should be made and all factors should be taken into consideration,rational and orderly development of hydropower resources should be insisted to achieve Chengde rural hydropower sustainable development. |
