声电联合技术检测GIS局部放电的试验

摘    要:利用超声波法和特高频法对GIS中的典型局部放电进行试验研究,包括GIS内部尖端放电、金属颗粒、高电位接触不良.建立GIS局部放电模拟检测平台,包括局部放电模拟系统、声电联合检测系统.在此基础上,得到不同类型局部放电超声波和特高频信号的发生发展规律,并给出信号的统计谱图.试验结果表明,声电联合检测技术检测局部放电信号的灵敏度高,信号统计谱图可以显示出典型故障模型的不同特征,GIS设备的局部放电检测可为GIS的状态检修提供可靠的数据.

Abstract:The Partial Discharge(PD) monitoring on GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is an effective way to diagnose the insulation condition of GIS.The typical PD in GIS is studied by using ultrasonic method and the ultra-high-frequency(UHF)method.A GIS PD simulation and testing platform was established in this paper,including a PD simulation system and an electrical and ultrasonic combined system.Five typical kinds of PD signals in GIS were studied.The statistics characteristics of typical PD in GIS were obtained based on experimental results of the five PD simulation models detected by the ultrasonic sensor and UHF sensor.Experimental results showed that the electrical and ultrasonic combined method was with high sensitivity.Signal spectra analysis showed that ultrasonic signals of different statistical models magnified different characteristics.These analysis results provided a reference data for the application of ultrasonic detection of partial discharge to high voltage test and operation of GIS on site.
