神泉水电站发电机组油路外循环系统

设计了一种适用于小型水电站发电机组的油路外循环系统.采用该系统对陇县神泉水电站两台发电机组的油路进行了改造,解决了发电机组轴承箱夏季油温过高影响机组运行和冬季油温过低影响机组启动的难题,使机组轴承箱在冬夏两季均可保持正常的工作油温,从而保障了发电机组安全运行.该系统的实际运行效果良好、可靠性高、便于维护且结构简单、应用投资少,具有一定的实用推广价值.

Oil Circuit External Circulation System of Generating Set of Shenquan Hydropower Station

An oil circuit external circulation system applicable to small hydropower generating unit is designed. The system is adopted for reconstructing the oil circuits of two generating units in Long County Shenquan hydropower station, the problems that the bearing box of the generating unit has high temperature in summer to affect the operation of the unit and has low temperature in winter to affect the starting of the unit are solved, thereby the unit bearing box can keep normal working oil temperature in both winter and summer, thereby guaranteeing safe operation of the generating unit. The system has good actual operating effect, high reliability, simple structure, easy maintenance, simple structure and less application investment, and has a certain practical value of popularization.
