基于模糊综合评判的火电厂节能状态评估

摘    要:为了对火电厂节能状态进行考评,提出一种用于火电厂节能状态评估的模糊综合评判模型和方法.采用两级评判法进行评估,首先对影响电厂节能状态的三大因素(煤水耗指标、涡轮指标、汽轮机指标)及其子因素进行分析,用半梯形隶属度函数对历史数据进行处理,构建一级评判矩阵;并重点研究分析层次分析法(AHP)的原理及其计算过程,得出权重向量,用二级评判模型计算出电厂节能状态综合评判的最终结果.以某火电厂为例完成了节能状态的模糊综合评判,验证了模糊综合评判模型和方法的有效性.

Abstract:In order to assess the condition of thermal power plant,a model and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were proposed for energy saving condition assessment of thermal power plants in this paper.The two-order evaluation method was used.Firstly,three primary factors(including coal and water consuming index,boiler turbine index and steam turbine index) and their subsidiary indexes were analyzed,which influenced the saving conditions of thermal power plants.Then the first order assessment matrix was obtained from calculating historical data by the half-trapezoidal membership degree function.Considering all influence factors and their complex relationships,the theory and calculation process of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) were also analyzed,and weight vectors were obtained by AHP.The final comprehensive assessment results could be calculated by the secondary assessment model.As an example,a thermal power plant’s energy saving condition was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results verified that the proposed model and method were effective.
