上墅阮水电站的技术改造

摘    要:针对上墅阮水电站水轮发电机组设备老化、效率低、输出功率不足等问题,经分析评价确定电站技术改造方案为更换水轮机转轮和发电机线圈,并考虑汛期弃水适当增加机组容量.通过技改,1#机组水轮机效率提高约10%,机组容量从160kW提高到200kW;2#机组水轮机效率提高约2%,机组容量从90kW提高到100kW.电站改造后运行效果良好,1#水轮发电机组输出功率可达到210kW,2#水轮发电机组输出功率可达到115kW,发电量比改造前增加了20%.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in Shangshuruan hydropower station that the equipment of the hydroelectric generating set is aging, the efficiency is low, the output power is inefficient, and the like, the power plant transformation program is determined as transformation of turbine runner and generator coil by the analysis and evaluation, and abandoning of water for increasing the capacity of the units is considered during the flood season. Through technical innovation, # 1 turbine efficiency is increased by about 10%, the unit capacity is increased from 160kW to 200kW; 2 # type turbine efficiency is increased by about 2%, the capacity of the units is increased from 90kW to 100kW. The operation effect is good after power plant transformation, # 1 hydro-generating unit output power is up to 210kW, 2 # hydroelectric generating set output power is up to 115kW, the power generation is increased by 20% compared before that before the transformation.
