车用催化转化器非稳态温度场的试验研究

摘    要:用热电偶测量了发动机真实排气条件下催化转化器蜂窝陶瓷白载体和催化剂载体内的非稳态温度场,并考察了扩张管结构对载体温度场及升温特性的影响。研究结果表明:白载体与催化剂载体的升温特性有很大的区别;催化转化器扩张管结构对催化剂的升温特性有较明显的影响。

Abstract:This paper measured the unsteady temperature fields of uncoated monolith and catalyst coated monolith under engine operating conditions using thermocouples.The effect of the inlet cone configuration of the catalytic converter on the temperature field and its warm up behavior were investigated and analyzed.Experimental results show that the warm up features between uncoated monolith and coated monolith are quite different,and the inlet cone configuration of the catalytic converter has a significant influence on the warm up characteristics.
