| 摘 要： | 简要介绍MSCPOOL的技术原理和组网方式，详细描述了在该组网方式下的三种位置更新，分别是：移动台的位置更新、用户跨MSCPOOL的位置更新及周期性位置更新，说明了在MSCPOOL组网方式下消除了池内跨局位置更新，释放了HLR和MSC的处理能力，提高了通信网络的可靠性和可用性。

| Abstract: | The text introduces the theory and framework of MSC POOL briefly; deseribes the three update Locations under this framework respectively： the update location of station, the update location cross bureau and the periodical update location, eliminates the update location cross bureau in MSC Pool, releases the HLR and MS12 and improves the reliability and availability. |
