纸浆模塑衬垫的结构设计与缓冲性能测试

摘    要:以HP笔记本为例,应用Pro/E软件进行纸浆模塑衬垫的结构设计,并对衬垫进行缓冲性能测试.测试结果表明:衬垫的缓冲性能可以与泡沫塑料相媲美,而且可以抵抗不低于2次以上的冲击.

Abstract:HP notebook was taken as examples and the structure of the cushions was design by Pro/E. The packaging was tested to explain the rationality of the design. The results showed that the cushioning performance of the cushion is as good as EPE, and it can resist more than twice impact.
