特殊用户电能质量监测系统的数据处理技术

针对特殊用户电能质量监测问题，提出了基于数据预处理、分析时间间隔的合理选择和生成日统计文件的数据处理方法。根据IEC国家标准在下位机中设定有效测量时间，然后在监测系统中按指定格式读取监测点采集数据文件。采用主从文件形式的数据管理和数据查询模式，通过组合式报表生成技术完成各类电能质量报表的打印。所提出技术已用在威远钢铁有限公司变电站电能质量监测。

Data Processing Technique in Power Quality Monitoring System for Particular Customer

For the monitoring problem of power quality for particular customer, this paper puts forward a new data processing method based on data pre-processing, reasonable choice of time interval for analysis and generating daily statistical file. According to IEC international standard, it is effective to get clear and explicit graphs and quickly generate different statistical reports in monitoring center by reading the data file of monitoring spot in accordance with appointed format in monitoring system, using the master-slave file management of PQM, dispatching list database querying and dynamic formwork-based reporting combination. The technique presented has been used in PQM of substation of Weyuan Steel Limited Company.
