摘    要:针对万能达发电有限责任公司2号炉低温再热器第Ⅴ组卧式蛇形管频繁爆管问题,通过试样分析,认为其主要由原支撑块结构不合理及焊接缺陷所致。结合大修,更换了位于高温区的管屏,并采取新的支撑块结构,使问题得以解决。

Abstract:Directing against problem of frequent tubeburst for horizontal coil pipe in group NO.5 in lowtemperature reheater of boiler NO.2 of Wannengda PowerGeneration Co Ltd, it is believed through sample analysis that the main cause is due to unreasonable structure and welding defects of original support pads. Combined with major repair, the pipe panel situated in hightemperature area has been replaced, and new support pad structure being adopted, making the abovementioned problem to be solved.
