微波法从苹果渣中提取果胶的研究

摘    要:以苹果渣为原料 ,在微波条件下 ,用盐酸溶液水解 ,硫酸铝沉淀提取果胶 .探讨了微波辐射温度、辐射时间、pH值、硫酸铝用量和液料比对得率的影响 .通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳工艺参数 ,并对提取的果胶进行了品质分析 .

Abstract:Apple pomace was used as material in this experiment to extract pectin by microwave radiation.The apple pomace was hydrolysed by hydrochloric acid(HCl) and pectin was precipitate by aluminum sulfated Al 2(SO 4) 3].The influence of radiation temperature,radiation times,pH value,the ratio of liquid,raw material,and the amount of aluminum sulfate on the production rate ware studied.The orthogonal experiment was employed to determine the optimum technological condition.Ash content,loss on drying,total galacturonic acid content,methoxy content molecule weight of voscosity of the product were analysed on this paper.
