摘    要:超临界锅炉启动过程中将产生大量高温高压疏水,将其输入除氧器可同时实现工质和热量的回收,进一步提高机组运行经济性。因此,为保证超临界锅炉启动疏水在进入除氧器时,不致引起除氧器内件的损坏和振动,开发专用的内置疏水回收装置具有重大意义。

Abstract:A large quantity of high-temperature & high-pressure drain will be produced during the startup of a supercritical boiler.This drain may be introduced into the deaerator and recover its refrigerants and heat so as further to improve its economic result of the power unit.Therefore,it is quite necessary to develop a special recovery device for the internal drain so as not to damage and vibrate the internals of the deaerator when the drain entering the deaerator during the startup of the boiler.
