酚醛塑料槽筒的防静电性能研究

摘    要:进行了抗静电型酚醛胶木槽筒的研制过程。通过加入各种不同的抗静电剂、导电性填料,结果表明,在混炼后添加抗静电剂或导电填料,制品的表面电阻降低较多,只是制品表面有析出现象。当加进复合型抗静电剂时,其表面电阻由原来的1015欧姆降低到106欧姆左右,布氏硬度由原来的50.2上升到59.6,耐磨性也有所提高,其它性能变化不大。该槽筒可取代部分金属槽筒,具有一定工业应用价值

Abstract:A kind of phenol-formaldehyde channel of electrestatic resistance was studied. It was found that surface resistance of products decreased obviously when electrostatic tesisance agent or conductive filler was added. The surface resistance was reduced from 1015Ω to 106Ω, the hardness was increased from 50. 2 to 59. 6, the wear resistance was prompted and the better comprehensive properties of products were gained.
