摘    要:根据在多个矿区的实测经验总结分析了影响应力解除法测量地应力精度的因素,并在张集煤矿进行了地应力测量。研究结果表明,地应力测量前应充分考虑各种因素对测试结果的影响,如测点位置的选择和围岩的性质,钻孔过程中岩芯断裂的影响、钻头高速转动对地应力数值的影响、小孔同轴度及成孔质量的影响。通过在张集煤矿进行试验巷道的地应力测量,得到巷道同一水平六号钻场最大水平主应力为37.10MPa,方位角为104.0?;七号钻场最大水平主应力为31.33MPa,方位角为112.5?,指导了巷道的走向及支护参数的设定,减轻了巷道支护难度,加快了巷道掘进速度。

Abstract:According to the practical experience in mining area the factors that affect accuracy of geostress by stress relief method are summarized and geostress measurement is fulfilled in Zhangji. The results show that the place and character of rock should be fully considered as well as the influence of chasm; the effects of digging and the movement of drill to the data of geostress; so as to the concentricity and quality of the hole. Besides geostress measurement in test tunnel is fulfilled in Zhangji coalmine, the data of Maximum horizontal principal stress in the sixth drilling yard is 37.10MPa, azimuth 104.0°and in the seventh drilling yard is 31.33MPa, azimuth 112.5°. The results are used to guide the alignment of the tunnels and the methods of supporting, which reduce the difficulty of roadway supporting and accelerate the tunneling rate.
