摘    要:研发了输电线路山火监测预警系统并成功应用于多省市跨区电网线路。介绍了火点监测基本原理,给出了基于卫星遥感的输电线路山火监测与预警系统硬件和软件架构及其组成功能。为提高火点判识准确度,提出一种火点判断阈值自适应算法;提出了火点与杆塔距离优化算法,减少杆塔距离计算量。研制的输电线路山火监测与预警系统成功应用于多省市跨区电网。应用结果表明,研制的输电线路大范围山火监测系统能准确有效地监测输电线路山火并及时发布预警信息,有利于提高电网抵御山火灾害能力。

Abstract:The research and application of forest fire monitor and early-warning system for transmission line are discussed. The fundamental principle of fire monitor is introduced, and the structure and components of hardware and software of the monitor system are given. A self-adaption algorithm for fire judgment threshold is proposed to enhance the fire identification accuracy. And an optimization calculation method for the distance between fire and tower is presented to decrease the calculation amount. The developed forest fire monitor and early-warning system for transmission line is applied to the trans regional power transmission lines. Application results indicate the developed system can monitor the fire with high accuracy and publish the early-warning message, which is useful for the enhancement of resist ability of forest fire disaster for transmission lines.
