摘    要:针对可再生能源与热电联供混合微网的能量协调优化,基于对可再生能源、微型燃气轮机以及储能等典型分布式能源的功率响应特性分析,提出多时间尺度的能量协调优化方法,即通过"时""分"以及"秒"时间尺度的能量协调完成混合微网运行优化:"时"时间尺度优化策略制定各分布式能源合理的机组组合方式以及运行发电计划;应用改进型欧拉滑动平均预测模型,提取混合微网功率波动的快慢变化过程,进一步优化各分布式能源"分"和"秒"时间尺度的功率输出。对所述混合微网能量协调优化策略进行了仿真分析与实验研究,验证了协调优化策略的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:To achieve energy coordination and optimization of a hybrid microgrid based on renewable energy and combined heat and power (CHP) supply, the power characteristics of typical distributed energy resources such as renewable energy, micro-turbine and energy storage are analyzed. Energy coordination and optimization strategies based on multi-time scale are presented. The operation of the hybrid microgrid can be optimized using the hour-time scale, minute-time scale and second-time scale optimization: the hour-time scale optimization strategies can help develop rational unit commitment and generation plans for distributed energy resources, and the minute-time scale and second-time scale power output of distributed energy resources can be further optimized with the help of an improved Euler moving average prediction (EMAP) model to extract the fast and slow processes during power fluctuations of the hybrid microgrid. Simulation and experiment studies show that the energy coordination and optimization strategies are effective and feasible.
