| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the practical training in the course Livestock Products Processing, this article elaborates its teaching reform from the following five aspects：optimizing the course guidelines and teaching contents, increasing the proportion of design and comprehensive experiments, strengthening the supervision of the experiments, reforming teaching management, and broadening the ways of teaching practice. |
