充氮气调储粮技术研究与应用

摘    要:充氮气调储粮作为一种经济有效的绿色储粮技术,在粮食储藏等多种领域越来越受到人们的关注。综述了充氮气调储粮系统和充氮气调技术在粮库安全储粮等方面的应用,包括该技术在储粮害虫防治、粮食微生物抑制、延缓粮食品质劣变等方面的研究应用,并分析了其在数字化粮库建设中存在的问题和对策,以期为充氮气调技术在数字化智能粮库建设中更广泛的应用提供参考。

Research and application of controlled atmosphere storage with N2
Abstract:The controlled atmosphere storage with N2 is an economy and efficient technology for storing grain, so it has been increasingly concerned in various fields such as grain storage. The system and technology of the controlled atmosphere storage with N2 and the application in grain safe storage is introduced, including the applications of this technology to pest control, restraining microorganism, delaying the deterioration of grain quality and other aspects. The problems and countermeasures of the controlled atmosphere storage with N2 for constructing the digital grain depot are also analyzed, which would provide reference for broader application of this technology in the construction of digital grain depot.
