高速永磁电机电磁轴承转子系统的动力学及实验研究

摘    要:高速永磁电机由于其转速高、体积小和功率密度大等优点,在众多行业有着非常广阔的应用前景,然而转子的高速旋转也对其支承系统提出了很高的要求。电磁轴承作为一类非接触式支承系统,非常适用于高速永磁电机。针对一台40 000 r/min、50 kW的高速永磁同步电机进行了电磁轴承转子系统设计,具体包括承载力设计、控制器设计、电流/位移刚度实验标定以及系统性能分析。最后对该支承系统进行实验研究。实验结果表明,高速永磁同步电机在额定转速范围内,电磁轴承转子系统可以稳定工作,进而验证了该设计方法的合理性。

Abstract:Due to high speed,small size and high power density,the high-speed PM machine can be widely used in many industries.However,it is to be put forward very high requests for supporting systems because of the high rotation speed of the rotor.Active magnetic bearing,as a type of non-contact bearing,is well suited for high speed PM machines.In this paper,the active magnetic bearing(AMB) rotor system design of a 40 000 r/min,50 kW high speed PM machine is carried out.It consists of bearing capacity design,controller design,supporting stiffness calibration and performance analysis of the system.The experimental results show that the active magnetic bearing rotor system can be operating stably in the rated speed range of the high speed PM machine.
