摘    要:针对电网执行脱硫补偿电价政策,以及下达至机组的厂内负荷优化分配指令不能落入磨煤机接力区间要求,提出厂内负荷优化分配新模型;该模型以火电厂最终经济收益为目标,磨煤机接力区间作为不可分配区域约束条件引入。针对上述约束条件引入后,结合多精英保留策略,为不可行解设计一类基于边界信息的解修补方法,提高初始化与遗传操作的搜索效率。最后通过对某厂4台300 MW机组某日96点曲线的模拟分配,利润计算说明新的厂内负荷优化分配模型在补偿电价政策下带来了良好的经济效益,与其他不可行解处理方法的对比说明解修补策略的有效性。

Abstract:Try to reduce influence introduced by the electricity price compensation policy,a new optimization model was proposed for thermal power plant.In this model,both plant’s profits and relay ranges of coal mills were considered.Maximum profit was selected as an optimization target.Because coal mills relying ranges are modeling as constraints,infeasible solutions rate rises in both initialization and genetic operation procedures.Combining with multiple elite preservation strategy,boundary information based infeasible solution repairing method was proposed to solve this issue,which prompt feasible solution rate and maintain stable genetic operations.In the final part,simulations on a thermal power plant with four 300 MW units were done to illustrate both better economic performance of new model and effectiveness of the infeasible solution repairing method.
