摘    要:从介绍基因芯片技术出发,论述了目前基于荧光检测和电化学检测的基因芯片检测技术。

Abstract:Fluorescence-based detection and electrochemical detection are described based on introducing the gene-chip technology. Fluorescence-based detection includes CCD imaging and laser confocal scanning imaging, fiber optic sensor is applied, too. Electrochemical detection is developing with nanometer technology applied to gene-chip .With development of gene-chip technology, different novel chip detection technologies will occur.
