摘    要:安徽某铁矿是国内一座设计采选能力450万t/a的大型铁矿山,主要采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,设计充填能力为100m3/h。本文介绍了该铁矿全尾砂胶结充填砂浆配合比实验研究过程,从全尾砂充填料的物理化学性能入手,对充填料浆的扩散度、坍落度和充填试块7d、28d和60d的单轴抗压强度等进行试验,获得了充填材料的配比与其流变性能和抗压强度的关系,有效评价了充填材料特性对充填体质量的影响,为矿山提供了符合采矿工艺要求的充填物料配比参数。

Abstract:The iron ore is a large iron mine in Anhui province, the mining and dressing ability was designed to 4.5 million t/a, the main mining method is stage open stoping with subsequent filling. The filling ability is 100m3/h. The experimental process of the proportion about unclassified tailings backfilling was introduced in this paper, it started from physicochemical properties of filling materials with tailings, and the experiments were carried on the diffusion degree, slump and uniaxial compressive strength of 7d, 28d, and 60d to filling material, the relationship of filling material proportioning with rheological properties and uniaxial compressive strength were obtained, the characteristics of the filling material impact on the quality of filling body was evaluated effectively, the proportional parameters of filling material which was in accordance with the requirements of the mining process to the iron ore.
