用气相色谱法检测消失模铸造车间的环境卫生状况

采用气相色谱法，分析了消失模铸造车间排放有机废气的含量；实验中用玻璃注射器取样，用氢火焰离子化检测器（ＦＩＤ）分析样品，该方法简便、可靠；实验结果表明，消失模车间内有机废气浓度极低，但是从抽气管道中排放到车间外的废气浓度较高，会对环境造成一定的污染

Environmental Sanitation Monitor of Lost Foam Casting Plant by Gas Chromatograghy

In this paper,the amount of organic wastes discharged from Lost Foam Casting (LFS)plant was detected by gas chromatograghy.The samples were obtained by glass injector,and analzed by FID.This method is proved simple and accurate.The result shows that the organic wastes in LMC plant is very low,however,the organic wastes dischanged from the vacuum pipe is high,it will pollute the environment to some extent.
