摘    要:针对石墨砂型铸渗过程,提出了在碳化物出条件下石墨砂型铸渗过程的温度场,浓度场,固相分数场统一数学模型,利用有限差分析法编制了数值模拟软件,对铸渗件二维不稳定温度场,浓度场固相分数场进行数值模拟;

Abstract:The numerical model of casting carburizing process of graphite sand on the condition of carbide precipitation casting process is shown. The numerical simulation program is developed.The numerical simulation of carburizing casting within of two dimensions and unstable temperature field,density field and solid fraction field is conducted on computer by means of direct differential method. The influences of the factors (casting size,pouring temperature, preheating temperature,graphite sand depth) on the effect of carburizing case depth, carbon concentration gradient have been studied. Some principles in foundry technology design are put forward.\=
