| 摘 要： | 对３０例甲状腺乳头状癌进行了详尽的超微结构观察与分析，通过与６例甲状腺滤泡癌和２０例甲状腺腺瘤的对比观察与分析，提出了甲状腺乳头状癌细胞的超微结构特征，主要表现为核大，分叶核，丰富的常染色质，极少的核膜下异染色质及突出的核仁等。电镜观察为乳头状癌的超微病理诊断提供了有力的依据。

| Abstract: | cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma were observed with electron microscope and were compared with 6 cases of thyroid follicular carcinoma and 20 cases of thyroid follicular adenoma. The thyroid papillary carcinoma cells showed characteristic nuclear features of large nuclei with multilobated shape,finely dispersed chromatin and prominent nucleoli. The ultrastructural morphologic feature of the tumor cells is a useful diagnostic criterion of papillary carcinoma of thyroid. |
