| 摘 要： | 对列车安全减速或停车的重要装置——检测装置的机械机构进行了设计分析,尤其是对惯性飞轮组的设计以及对飞轮组的组装提出的设想,同时设计出整个装置的控制检测系统.该检测装置的设计实现以PLC为基础的组态监控系统,提高了机车闸片检测系统的准确性和稳定性,并提供了较好的人机界面,从而达到设计要求.

| Abstract: | Brake is an important equipment which offered emergency braking and safety deceleration when the train runs on tracks.The test equipment of locomotive braking pads is an apparatus which can simulate damped condition of the practice and prosecute a performance test about the friction.The design for the structure and the test system of the equipment is presented in this paper. |
