耐热铸铁的氧化与脱碳

摘    要:对耐热铸铁抗氧化试验时的脱碳现象,其对测试结果的影响以及测试结果的校正等问题进行了研究.发现脱碳量随试验温度的升高而增加,随合金元素含量的增加而减少.脱碳使按增重法测得的抗氧化数据有时严重失真,氧化动力学曲线出现反常.本文采用化学分析法确定脱碳量,并用它对抗氧化结果进行校正.

Abstract:The decarbonization phenomenon of heat resitant cast irons in oxidation resistance test, its effect on test results,and the rectificaition of the data were investigated. The test results show that the amount of decarbonization increased with incereasing of test temperature and decreased with increasing contents of alloying elements in cast iron. The decarbonization makes the oxidation resistance test data obtained by weight gain method seriously deviation and the dynamic curves of oxdation display abnormal. The amount of decarbonization was determined with chemical analysis and rectification of the data was made.
