紫金山金矿缩短堆浸周期的途径与生产实践

摘    要:堆浸周期是影响堆浸厂产量、经济技术指标的重要参数。缩短堆浸周期,有利于提高堆浸厂的产量、经济效益和矿堆浸出率。对紫金山金矿堆浸厂的矿堆浸出周期进行了较详尽的研究,研讨了缩短堆浸周期的技术措施,指出了缩短堆浸周期的管理与技术实施方向,并以2001 年紫金山金矿堆浸厂的堆浸生产提速为例,表明缩短堆浸出周期,取得了显著的经济效益。同时对破碎矿石的粒度的选择、筑堆方式、矿堆筑堆高度、喷淋强度、堆浸生产的合理安排及其他缩短矿堆浸出周期的技术途径等进行探讨。

Abstract:The ore heap leaching cycle period is an important parameter that affect's the output and economic technological index. Shortening the heap leaching cycle period is conducive to the raising of the heap leaching rate so the output of the factory will be raised and better economic benefit obtained. The author of this article has made a thorough investigation of the heap leaching cycle period of Zijinshan Gold Mine Heap Leaching Factory,put forward some technical measures for shortening heap leaching cycle period and expounded it's remarkable effect on the speeding up of Zijinshan heap leaching production in 2001. Meanwhile,this article has also made some research into the selection of the size of the crushed ore,the type of the heap const ruction and it's height,the intensity of the spray and spouting,the optimal arrangement of the heap leaching production as well as other technical measures for shortening heap leaching cycle period.
