| 摘 要： | 对剪板机的工作原理及控制特点进行了分析，在采用继电器——接触器控制系统的基础上，选用FX2N-32MR型PLC为控制器。设计出剪板机控制系统，包括硬件电路和软件程序。实践证明，设计方案合理，可靠性高，有很好的实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the working principle and controlling characteristic of the plate cutting ma- chines. Based on adopting the original relay-contactor control system, it uses FX2N-32MR PLC as a controller to design the controlling system of plate cutting machines, including the hardware circuit and software program. Practical result shows that the design is reasonable for its high reliability and good practicability. |
