中频电炉用户谐波治理及无功补偿设计与应用

摘    要:炼钢用中频电炉不仅产生大量的谐波,污染电网,影响电能质量,增加设备损耗,而且用户本身的无功补偿电容器也无法正常使用,致使功率因数低下。本文通过对一中频电炉用户进行谐波测量和分析,实施综合治理方案,提出了同类问题的解决方案。

Abstract:Because intermediate frequency induction electric furnace used for steel-making will produce a lot of harmonic, it will make the power net polluted, affect the electric power quality, and increase the equipments'spoilage. In the mean time, consumers'capacitors can't be in good working condition, and the power factor is reduced. In this paper, by measuring and analyzing the harmonic of clients' intermediate frequency induction electric furnace and implementing the comprehensive management schemes, it can provide the solution to similar problems.
