摘    要:对于配电网静止同步补偿器(D—STATCOM),实时准确地检测出补偿电流直接决定着D—STATCOM的补偿性能。在ip-iq法的基础上,提出了一种无锁相环并适合于电网电压畸变且不对称情况的提取电网基波正序电压正余弦信息的方法,相对于传统ip-iq法在不增加延时的基础上,消除锁相环对补偿电流检测的影响,提高了对补偿电流检测的精度,进而改善了D—STATCOM的补偿性能。最后在Matlab/Simulink环境中搭建仿真模型。验证了该方法的正确性和优越性。

Abstract:For distribution static synchronous compensator ( D-STATCOM), the ability of detecting compensation current in real time and accurately decides the compensation performance of D-STATCOM directly. Based on the ip- iq method, an approach for extracting the sine and cosine information of fundamental positive sequence voltage without phase-locked loop under distorting and unbalanced voltage is proposed. Compared with the ip-iq method, under the condition of no increasing delay time, this method can avoid the effect of phase-locked loop, enhance the detecting accuracy of compensation current, and improve the compensation performance of D-STATCOM. Finally, results obtained by simulations system built in Matlab/SIMULINK indicate the correctness and superiority of this method.
