| 摘 要： | 在普通高校极限飞盘选项课教学中,采用实验法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等研究方法,对比赛教学法和传统教学法进行对比研究。结果表明:比赛教学法较传统的教学方法更能调动学生的主动参与性,教学效果较传统教学方法有所提高。

| Abstract: | In the teaching of the elective course ultimate frisbee in regular University ,the author makes a contrastive study on the game teaching method and traditional teaching method by using the methods of literature data ,questionnaire ,experimental method and so on .The results show that ：the game teaching method can better stimulate the students’ initiative and the teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method . |
