| 摘 要： | 在新时期企业制度下,职工体育的基本功能、开展方式、组织形式等方面都发生了新的变化。本文采用专家咨询法、文献资料法对新时期我国职工体育与企业文化建设的相互作用与功能进行探讨和研究,为加强新时期我国企业职工体育的发展提供了必要的基础。

| Abstract: | In the enterprise system in the new period, the basic function, the staff sports develop- ment mode, organization forms have undergone new changes. In this paper,by consulting with the ex perts, to explore and research literature of Chinese sports and the construction of enterprise culture in the new period of interaction and function, and provides the necessary foundation for development during the new period of our country enterprise staff sports. |
