抗黄变PBT节能灯专用料的研究

摘    要:介绍了抗黄变耐热聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)节能灯专用料的制备,探讨了复合稳定剂对节能灯PBT材料老化性能的影响。结果表明,复合稳定剂327/622抗黄变效果优于327/770,抗黄变PBT专用料经168小时氙灯人工加速老化试验,冲击强度保持90%,拉伸强度保持95%以上,色差△E小于5。模拟室内环境试验箱试验2000h,色差△E为4.72。

Abstract:The article introduced the special polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) compound for energy-saving lamp with anti-yellowing heat-resistant, the effect of composite stabilizers on the aging property of the energy-saving lamp PBT compound was studied. The result showed that the anti-yellowing affect of composite stabilizer 327/622 was better than 327/770, after 168 hours of artificial aging with xenon lamp test, the impact strength of anti-yellowing PBT Compound was above 90%, tensile strength was above 95% ,the chromatism △E was less than 5. And after 2000h of simulation indoor environmental equipment test, the chromatism was △E 4.72.
